At Human Powered Health, we want to ensure your gear supports your peak performance, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unwashed items. If your equipment doesn't meet your training standards, we are here to help you find the right fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
